The Jewish people settled and developed the land. As far back as records show, the Jewish people occupied the land. As far as records show they had the lang this shows that the were the ones who developed the land.

They aren't believing in the Jewish god. The UN clearly states that the land is for the jews and if you're not Jewish you need to leave the UN is much more powerful then a god that the Muslims don't believe in.

Technically it doesn't matter what the Muslims think god gave them that land the UN gave them that land what else do they have to do to get a place to settle down and live without confusion and war?

Yes, that may be true but forever jews have been treated very badly and something needs to change yes that may not be the smartest thing to do but the jews need land and where else is there?

God promised the land to Abraham. God gave the Jews Israel. There is no higher authority on earth than God. So, if he gave the land to Abraham, then it belongs to the Jewish people because Abraham was Jewish. So the LORD gave Israel all the land he had sworn to give their ancestors, and they took possession of it and settled there. Joshua 21:43
