The Palestinians never rightfully owned the land it was just there and nobody claimed it so the Palestinians lived on it that was until the Israelites came and claimed the land so, therefore the land belongs to the israelites

So, therefore, The Arab states against Israel were not uniformly coordinated in strategy nor unified in their respective political ends and did not commit all of their armed forces into the effort.
