I agree with you Mitchell, just because the UN gave them the land does not mean that they can have to them, they don't own the world much less that land.

The Palestinians had no say into who gets what land and what they can do with the land maybe they probably didn’t even want to have them have the land. Just because the U.N gave it to them does not mean that they can just have it, and the Jews did not have a leader at that time either soooooooo…. who really own the land?

The Jewish people left and came back forcefully. They made Palestinians leave their homes and flee to refugee camps in neighboring Arab countries. This is like saying we have too many homeless people and the government decide that they are going to let all the homeless go and live in whatever home they want, without even consenting the homeowners. They have also not been living there for a long time so they don't know what has changed and what some of the new rules are.
