First off, you shouldn't use the Bible as evidence because there is no proof yet that this is true or not. Second off, the land was never owned by anyone, so the Jewish people left. They then came back to take back what was never owned by them, so whoever was there the most recently should have the property. The house example isn't really representative of this topic because a house would be something you own, therefore making it illegal for the people to be there. If the land was never owned by them, they can't take it back. Since they left, they aren't in any position to take it back.

The only reason we fought is because you guys wanted it all back like it was yours to begin with, but they left for many years, came back to then only put the Palestinians away from their homes. If I leave my house and someone buys it, it's not mine anymore so I can't have it back.

(This is a disputing argument, I think I accidentally clicked support)

Palestinians have always lived on the land, and the Jewish people left to go other places. They then came back to only want it since they had nowhere else to go. Not only that, but the U.N. granted permission to land they didn't own, and they made 78% of Palestinians flee to camps while the Jewish took land they shouldn't of had.

But the Israelis simply came back in 1948 (shortly after World War II) and tried to make it their country. If they are going to make it into a country they shouldn't have left. That's like me being the mayor of a town and leaving to become a mayor of another town, and coming back to find that another mayor has taken control and I want the town back.

The U.N. never owned the land that the Palestinians lived on when the Jewish left, and they came back in fear to take over the land. Also, there is no proof that God gave them permission to take the land, it is only in the book.

There was no need to fight though. The Palestinians lived with them in peace prior to 1948 when they left the area to go over to places such as Europe, but they fled due to events like the Nazi Holocaust to come back and take the land forcefully. That isn't exactly a "fair" way to take the land.

I totally agree, and when the Israelis came back they forced nearly 78% of the Palestinians out of their land and destroyed over 400 villages. (At the time they forced out about 750,000 Palestinians)
